Our expert engineers gather data from site or provided by the customer and carry out in-depth analysis to understand the interaction between site process variables and their effects. Such data is also use to model complete or part of a process and generate models which help to answer what-if-analysis.

The below case studies showcase some of the engineering problems we specialise in solving, the solutions we provide to our clients and the results they achieve.
We create comprehensive heat and mass balances, with detailed Process Flow Diagrams for evaluation of existing equipment or processes. Onsite energy audits are tailored to evaluate process efficiency, map heating networks and capture heat losses from entire processes.
The aim of such a study is to analyse the technical feasibility of design changes or complete new onsite processes from existing or future plants. The second part of this study evaluates the financial aspect of a new process and looks at capital, operational costs and ROI for the process also called Process integration or Pinch Analysis study. These independent studies are ideal for evaluating future CAPEX selection and providing evidence for project sign-off.
The focus of this task is to capture plant or process data either from existing infrastructure or creating new ones. This data will be analysed in-depth with particular focus on performance, efficiency and is highlighting areas of potential improvement.
Once the survey is complete and data report generated, the team will then simulate and test areas for process optimisation, calculating energy savings and ROI. The final report and optimised designs are presented to the client along with calculations for increased throughout and energy efficiency.
