EnerTherm Engineering has a wealth of experience in designing machinery in the process industry. We have designed, process heaters, ovens, dryers, de-hydrator, heat exchanger, condensers.
We design from first principles and generate bespoke calculations utilising our knowledge from chemical, thermal, mechanical and electrical engineering. We project manage new design from concept to manufacturing and follow them through installation and commissioning. Our strength reside in the new development of bespoke machinery where there is a certain aspect of research and development.
Our design process flow follows a structured approach where each steps is signed off by our clients. From writing a functional design specification, reporting on calculation utilising our extensive CAE tools, testing and prototyping in the Allia Future Business Centre state of Art lab, running HAZOP and FMEA studies, manufacturing and FAT testing through our wide partners network, installing and final sign off.

Let's Talk About Your Project
Hi, my name is François and I am passionate about solving process engineering problems.
For the last 20 years, I have been involved in solving and trouble-shooting engineering issues over the world and improved and developed new products and created engineering solutions that improve performance, efficiency, reduce capital and running cost therefore add significant value to customers.
Over the years, I have developed a number of process equipment and control systems which have had significant impact into reducing energy usage, waste and impact on the environment.
My business ethos is to always get to the root cause of problems and data analysis and modelling is always at the fore front of any project we undertake.
At EnerTherm Engineering we have a blend of skills which is ideal for developing, improving new processes or equipment.
