IR technology can also be embedded with drones and allows external building or plant scanning for heat losses. Not only this can be used for mapping thermal losses onto factory assets and plants, but it can also start detecting early CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) detection.

  • Multi-wavelength sensor images can capture image data at specific frequencies across the electromagnetic spectrum showing / entrapped water vapour etc.
  • The multispectral images show how the surface of the component appears visually, including any potential trouble spots such as degradation, damage, or rust strains on the steelwork.
