The TDS-3500 is a single-door, single-trolley unit with 3,500–8,000 m³/hr airflow, ideal for smaller batch processing. The TDD-6500 is a double-door, two-trolley unit with 6,500–8,000 m³/hr airflow, designed for higher-capacity operations. Both share the same advanced control systems, stainless steel construction, and optional air fryer capability.
Both models can be equipped with an optional air fryer system (up to 144 kW), available at purchase or as a later upgrade. It uses a radiant heat system for fast, even cooking with significant airflow, ensuring uniform crispiness across all trays. Temperature control integrates seamlessly into the recipe system for tailored results.
