Our indirect process heaters use a heat exchanger to separate combustion gases from the air stream. The heated air that contacts your grain is 100% clean — no soot, no combustion byproducts, no contamination. This is critical for maintaining food-safety standards and preserving nutritional content in both feed and food-grade grain.

For most cereal grains destined for storage, drying temperatures of 40–65°C are recommended. Seed grain requires lower temperatures (40–45°C) to preserve germination rates, while feed grain can tolerate up to 90°C. Our control systems allow precise temperature regulation within ±2°C across the full range.

Absolutely. The EcoHeat series is designed for intensive seasonal operation. With ~30 minute startup from cold and modulating burners that adjust output to match load, you can run 24/7 during harvest periods. The free-floating tube bundle design handles thermal cycling without stress cracking.

Our units support natural gas, LPG (bottled or bulk tank), and biogas. For remote agricultural sites, LPG bulk storage with our E108-compatible burners is the most popular option. Farms with anaerobic digesters can use biogas directly, creating a closed-loop energy system.
