AniBurn units destroy fallen stock where it dies, in an APHA-approved plant, at a condition that ends the pathogen with the animal.

The largest AniBurn: 300 kg per charge in a 3180 mm chamber. Sized for commercial pet crematoria and larger livestock units where a single daily cycle has to clear everything held in cold storage.

All 10 destroy at the same condition, so one permitted AniBurn covers the lot. What changes is the procedure and the waste codes.
Poultry mortality is not an event, it is a daily figure. A 30,000-bird house losing 0.05% a day produces around fifteen birds every morning, and where those birds go decides whether the unit's biosecurity holds. AniBurn units destroy them on the site, the day they are picked up, without a collection point or a vehicle at the gate.
Poultry in fullAdds a daily rather than occasional cycle, and APHA direction during an avian influenza event. Birds are light and bulky, so the charge fills on volume long before the rating.
APHA approval of the plant
Animal by-products may only be incinerated in a plant approved under the retained ABP Regulation. AniBurn units burn at under 50 kg/h, which places them in the low-capacity class, and the approval carries operating and record-keeping conditions that sit alongside — not instead of — the environmental permit.
Environmental permit
Required from the Environment Agency, SEPA or NIEA. Two consents, two regulators, two different risks: the permit covers emissions and operation, the APHA approval covers the by-product. Holding one does not imply the other.
TSE sampling comes before destruction
Fallen cattle over 48 months and fallen sheep and goats over 18 months fall into TSE surveillance classes that may require a sample. Once the carcass is in the chamber the sample cannot be taken, so the testing question is asked at the charge door and not after it.
Burial is not the fallback
On-farm burial of fallen stock has been unlawful since 2003 outside designated remote areas, and burning a carcass on an open fire is not a disposal route. Where an incinerator is down, the alternative is an approved collector — not the muck heap.

Dual-chamber unit
Primary chamber running 850–1,200°C with a secondary chamber holding flue gas above 850°C for two seconds. For animal by-products this is not a preference: it is the combustion condition an APHA-approved incineration plant has to meet.
Two-burner set and fuel train
All three AniBurn models carry two burners, configured for natural gas, LPG, diesel, biofuel or hydrogen. Carcass waste is wet, so burner duty on this stream is doing more evaporation than on any other — fuel choice is a site decision, the combustion condition is not.
Top-loading charge door
Carcasses are dead weight and awkward to handle. Top loading means a carcass goes in from above with a hoist, loader or teleporter rather than being dragged through a door at chest height, which is the difference between a two-person job and a one-person one.
IP6X control panel
PLC control with cycle logging and chamber thermocouples. The cycle log is the record that a fallen-stock disposal, an APHA-directed cull or an individual pet cremation actually happened, and when.
Coretex refractory lining
Monolithic castable lining rated for the full temperature range, replaceable in service. Wet, fatty loads are the hardest duty a refractory sees, which makes lining quality the thing that decides service life on this stream rather than on any other.
Stack, dispersion data and commissioning
Stack supplied to the height your site-specific dispersion assessment calls for, with the emissions data the permit application references, plus on-site commissioning and operator training. On a livestock unit the neighbours are the reason the assessment matters.

Every animal disposal stream runs the cycle below. What differs between them is the procedure at the charge door and what the permit has to name — not the machine and not the combustion condition.
Establish the animal by-product category and whether the animal is in a TSE surveillance class before anything is loaded. A bovine over 48 months or a sheep or goat over 18 months may require sampling first, and once the carcass is destroyed the sample cannot be taken.
The carcass goes in from above with a hoist or loader, and the charge is recorded. Watch the charge rating rather than the chamber: at 150, 250 and 300 kg the AniBurn range covers calves, lambs, pigs, poultry and pets, not mature adult cattle or horses.
The primary chamber reaches operating temperature within 30 minutes and runs at 850–1,200°C. A carcass is largely water and fat: the first part of the cycle drives off moisture, then the fat carries the burn, which is why this stream runs longer per kilogram than dry waste.
Flue gas is held above 850°C for two seconds in the secondary chamber. This is the condition that destroys bacterial and viral pathogens along with the carcass, and the reason on-site destruction is a biosecurity measure rather than just a disposal one.
Residue is 3–5% of input mass: sterile mineral ash and bone fragment with no biological material in it. Close the cycle log against the fallen-stock record, the APHA direction or the cremation booking, whichever the charge was run against.

Can you legally burn animal disposal waste on site?
Technically, yes: the chamber destroys almost everything these streams produce at 850–1,200°C, and capability is rarely the constraint. What your site is allowed to burn is set by your environmental permit from the Environment Agency, SEPA or NIEA and the waste codes written into it, plus APHA approval, because animal by-products are regulated under their own rules. That is why one permitted AniBurn covers the lot rather than needing a machine each. What differs is the procedure at the charge door and what the permit has to name.
These are batch units burning at under 50 kg/h, so a full charge is a complete cycle of roughly 4–7 hours across the range, first load to complete burn-down and confirmed at commissioning. Where a site runs several of these streams through one unit, size on the combined arisings rather than on whichever stream prompted the enquiry.
Charges = volume ÷ capacity. Days ≈ charges. Ash = 3–5% of what went in. Check the chamber volume as well as the weight rating: bulky loads fill the box first, dense ones reach the rating first.
